Total incompetence. Order placed a pick up order, got there on time and they just kept telling me longer and longer. Would’ve been so much quicker if I just waited in line

The taste look good,but they put too much sasoning that make taste salty ,with too much sodium ,I don't recomend for persons with a diet free of salt or problems with high blood pressure

Genuinely the best place for Peruvian charbroiled chicken. You can smell the aroma from a mile away!

Really love the food, everything we got was great. Service is a little off, small mistakes were made and the fountain water wasn't working. We wish they cut up the chicken before putting it on a salad.

Sardi's has great food. The service at this location was unsatisfactory. With at least 6 employees working out front and no one in line to order and only one customer at the register, it took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and the line that formed in the 5 minutes I stood there waiting for someone to greet me and ask how they could help or ask what I'd like to order. If you have time, visit the locations in College Park or Laurel... the service is 10k times better. This location is closer but this was my first and last time here. #options #servicematters

I love this place… Hands-down the best Peruvian chicken and Carna Asada ever. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and hardworking. This is a very professional establishment and very safe measures in place due to COVID-19.

As you enter is a bit confusing, if you are ordering chicken you need to go through a line kind of like Quidoba. If you are ordering specialties which is what we ordered you need to order right as you enter. Everything was savory and portions were good, however I think chicken is this place forte.

Sardi's is still the best Peruvian chicken place I've ever been to in the area. Things are a lot more modernized now (menu/ordering, sauce packaging, etc.) but the experience of getting a quarter or half chicken with two delicious sides (yucca and plantains are must tries, though perhaps not in the same meal unless you're loading up on carbs) has stayed consistently delicious.

Great food, great flavor, good portions, easy to place big orders. Love their side dishes. Wish their black beans had more flavor but all in all, everything is really good.

The menu is a little overwhelming if you are not familiar with this restaurant. The food and service is great. Casual dining and take out is offered.

This is the best Sardi's around. I just need them to bring the regular corn back.

I dine in this place many times a year! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot regularly. The meals are of high quality, the team is friendly and the charge is reasonable. I like going in this place to have a tasty dinner.

Very good food from scratch. Yuca root's it's delicious. Yellow plantains and of the hook Ceviche. The wonderful yellow and green sauce made the difference!!!

this Sardi's on Baltimore Ave is the best even though every one die6snt speak English very well. everyone puts the effort forward and so do the customers. this place always treats me nice and is very patient when I try to speak Spanish when I order my food. the food is hot and fresh the salads are awesome the chicken is great and the food that you can order is cooked only when you put your order in. the pricing matches the product.

Sardis is my favorite restaurant and this is my favorite location. The staff are awesome. They hustle everyday all day and are wonderfully nice and helpful. I come here multiple times per week. Food taste great and portions are large.

Food is great but I hate this place so much

We had a very good meal here a while back. The chicken (which I'm sure they're known for) is very well-cooked and tastes delicious. I'm not sure if I would say the sides were anything special, but the chicken itself was very good. It was packed around lunchtime, so just be aware that if you go at that time, there may be quite a line.

I loved this place when I was in College Park. I've had a few of the menu items like the ceviche, which was good. I had a sub-par sub there once, but don't waste your time - get the chicken! My standby is a half chicken with fried yucca and green beans, the rice and beans and plantains are great too. I'll easily get two meals out of the order. I won't go into the sauces because this is too long already, but I'll just say that they are important.

I adore this venue a lot. It has a happy atmosphere. The food is very tasty. the service is efficient and the team is well trained. The pay is decent. truly recommend.

Go Monday-Friday open til 4p for the lunch special - half chicken with two sides and a drink! Truly is enough to feed two people. Also get your food in a to go container cause you won't finish it all in one sitting. By far the most side selection with variety I've come across. Brussel sprouts and carrots are delish!! Green and yellow sauces are the best!

For all those missing a good tandoori chicken, Sardi's whole chicken is a great replacement with the drinks. Not a straight replacement yet still awesome.. although there are many offering the tandoori chicken yet the Sardi charcoal flavour and taste, the juiciness somehow takes you back to those days.. Mmmm, not to be missed.. till i get back this is tandoori chicken for me.. Cheers!

Placed an online order for chicken souvlaki, 20 minutes later I arrived and it was ready. It was juicy, delicious...perfect!

Would be 5 but they really drop the ball when it comes to online orders. Average wait time for online orders is 15 minutes. You’ll see a line people who came in before you get their orders and leave before your’s ready. But the food is good. Please get one more person to help with online orders guys. 😓

Delicious food, extensive menu, friendly staff! The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The line is usually long, but moves fast. I suggest taking a look at thier menu online before you go because there are so many delicious choices.

Just when you think you've had good Charbroiled steak & chicken ... Your love brings you here for dinner!! Parking lot was crowded so I knew the food had to be good. My Steak & vegetables was delicious! I especially like the Sardi's cup I took with me. Dine in or carry out you choose... just check this place out for Peruvian cuisine with a twist.

The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I enjoyed eating here. Employees are always nice, prices are fair and the place is always kept clean.

Popular cheap eat; americanized Peruvian cuisine. Some line for a fast food place. Generous servings of veggie sides was a plus

Fast food without sacrificing quality. Food was absolutely delicious! No sides disappointed. Bonus points because the sauces didn’t have sugar.

There's a reason why a line forms right after they open. Really good chicken and their sides are amazing. I'm a fan of the green beans and brussel sprouts/carrots combo. Went here before COVID and it was always packed with a line almost out the door. Recently I've only been once early in the day. They space you out in line nicely and everyone was wearing gloves and facemasks. I will definitely be back!

Extremely busy during dinner time but the food is worth the wait the staff was quick considering how many people were in line. I had the cheesesteak and it was awesome.

Costumer service has become number one issue in this place. The employees don't have any courtesy even tho they could make a mistake not even a sorry or an apology , But instead you get disrespect. Is sad that a place like this has turned into a nightmare. Not coming back any more

My brother recommended this place and I finally had a chance to try it. Oh. My. Goodness. So delicious. Wide variety of options. I got some delicious chicken with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. All was amazing. So many sauces to try! Mango juice that was fresh and delicious! I will be back every time I visit Maryland.

My boyfriend and I love coming here. It's delicious every time and the food comes out pretty fast. We love getting the green sauce, but I also enjoy the white and yellow sauces - they are all good!

Peruvian style chicken, there is none better than Sardi's! They have the best recipe for taste and almost moist and juicy. Sides are great and evening priced reasonably!

The chicken souvlaki was delicious. I swapped out the rice for one of my other faves roasted Brussels sprouts and carrots and enjoyed my meal immensely!

This spot is extraordinary and broad, the food was yummy and the prices were very economical. quickly, productive service and very attentive staff members. I recommend this place.

Being the original Sardis, still good as usual. Location is nice, "right next to Wawa" . Food is as good as usual.
